I was in a bind and im just completely amazed with the great customer service I received last minute in an emergency at the end of the day. I was my company vehicle when around 5:15 my tires were losing pressure and fast. My boss called around everywhere and Lambs was the only willing to help us out even though they were closing. Refusing to leave us stranded they got us in and replaced all four of our tires after hours. I highly recommend 👌 💯

Okay…upon leaving a nearby business, I heard meowing from somewhere in the undercarriage of my car. I pulled into the Lambs lot and asked if they could put lend a hand to rescue the unfortunate cat that had crawled into the guts of my car. The Lambs crew got to work and spent the next few hours doing everything they could. They eventually flushed the cat out, but couldn’t catch it as it scurried off. Let me just say that everyone who worked on the problem was amazing, showing real concern for the animal and working diligently to ensure its survival. They’ve worked on my vehicles in the past and done a great job. This particular incident cements them as exceptional in my mind. I can’t thank them enough for all of their efforts today.

Went in for a state inspection to renew my registration. While a slightly smaller business, they seemed busy and were very professional and friendly throughout the process. Can’t speak much on the inspection process cause I handed over my keys and had them back within 10 minutes and out the door, but can say they’re quick. Best impression of them comes from an interaction with a different customer who was in for his tires. They took the time to explain their findings and how he didn’t need to buy an extra tires cause one was fixable and could be repaired and save him money at the expense of a little more waiting. For me it was their willingness to explain it to the customer and try to save him money rather than create sales on needing a whole new tire over a nail puncture.

Had a really good experience at Lamb’s Tire Shop. The manager Sean was super attentive and made sure everything was handled right away. Victor helped me out with my tires and he was awesome really friendly, quick, and on top of everything. Didn’t feel rushed or anything, they just got me in and out fast and made it easy. Definitely appreciate the service and I’d go back again for sure.

I had a fantastic experience at Lamb's Automotive N. Lamar! I brought my Audi A6 in for service and the team was absolutely top-notch. Shawn and James were amazing and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward with the diagnosis. Best of all, they did not pressure me into any additional repairs, which is a huge relief considering my ride is practically old enough to vote! I highly recommend this shop!
